Well, I’ll be honest… week 2 didn’t go as great as week 1. I missed two workouts during the week (Thursday and Saturday) and a few of the days I just didn’t feel like I was had the same energy and strength as the previous week. Still struggling on cutting the pop out, but I am making some improvements.
The slow week last week has given me extra motivation though to make this week better. I had a great workout this morning and am looking forward to tomorrow.
